Section 24(1) in The West Bengal Valuation Board Act, 1978
(1)The Board shall prepare each year in such form and within such time as may be prescribed a budget in respect of the financial year next ensuing, showing the estimated receipts and expenditure and shall forward a copy of the same to the State Government for approval.
