(g)Submission of declaration by the Inspector - When an inspection under the Act is completed, the Inspector shall prepare a declaration in Form B-2 appended to these rules in column 8 in which the limit of the working pressure shall be clearly noted, and shall forward the same with the application to the Deputy Chief Inspector or Chief Inspector ;
