Section 39 in The Jammu and Kashmir Energy Conversation Act, 2011
39. Rules and regulations to be laid before State Legislature.
- Every rule made by the Government and every regulation made under the Act shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before each House of State Legislature.
