Section 86S in The Bihar and Orissa Local Self-Government Act, 1885
86S. Transfer of ownership.
- When the ownership of any registered cart is transferred within any period of registration, it shall be registered a new within one month of the transfer in the name of the person to whom it has been transferred, and a fee not exceeding four annas shall be paid for every such reregistration.
