Section 24(11)(iii) in The Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidhyalaya Adhiniyam, 1991

(iii)is incapable of managing the affairs of the University, the Chancellor may, notwithstanding the fact that the terms of office of Vice-Chancellor has not expired by an order in writing stating the reasons therein, require the Vice-Chancellor to relinquish his office as from such date as may be specified in the order.
