Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the contempt petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file fresh petition after service of the writ court order upon new incumbent to the office of the Estate Officer, Station Head Quarter, Kanpur Cantt, Kanpur Nagar.
The contempt petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
