ORDER
1 The petition arises under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
2 In view of an arbitration agreement between the parties, it has been agreed that a sole arbitrator may be appointed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
3 Accordingly, we appoint Mr Justice S C Gupte, former Judge of the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, as a sole arbitrator under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
4 The arbitrator shall fix his fees after consulting the parties and determine the modalities for the arbitration.
5 The petition is accordingly disposed of.
6 Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
