Section 11(1) in The Orissa Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
(1)The State Air Laboratory shall cause to be analysed any samples of air or emission received by it from any Officer authorised by the Board for the purpose, and the findings shall be recorded in triplicate in Form V.
