Section 65(2) in Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies Act, 2010
(2)The annual accounts of the University shall be submitted by the Vice Chancellor to the Government , which shall cause an audit to be conducted by the Accountant General or the Director of Local Fund Audit.
