Section 190(1) in The Navy (Pension) Regulations, 1964
(1)A retired officer whether drawing pension in India or outside, shall be required to furnish a certificate showing whether or not during the period for which pension is claimed, he or she was employed-(a)under a Government outside India, and(b)in the case of an officer of the rank of Captain or above, in a commercial firm, within two years of retirement.
