Section 69(1) in The Juvenile Justice (Care And Protection Of Children) Rules, 2007
(1)Any individual who is willing temporarily to receive a juvenile or child in need of care, protection or treatment for a period as may be necessary, may be recognised by the competent authority as a fit person after due verification of their credentials and reputation.
