Section 7 in Andhra Pradesh Mineral Bearing Lands (Infrastructure) Cess Act, 2005
7. Cess to be recovered as arrear of land revenue.
- The cess payable under this Act shall be recovered as arrears of land revenue and the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Revenue Recovery Act, 1864 shall apply for such recovery.
