Section 2(1)(l) in Tamil Nadu Clinical Establishments (Regulations) Rules, 2018

(l)"maternity hospital" means a hospital where delivery and other maternity services with or without surgeries and Gynaecological services including surgeries like Hysterectomy, Cesarean operations are undertaken.
