Section 8(1) in Uttarakhand Agricultural produce Marketing (Development and regulation) Act, 2011
(1)Any inhabitant of the market area or of the areas affected by the notification issued under section 10 may, if he objects to anything contained therein, submit his objections in writing to the State Government within the period specified for this purpose in the said notification.
