        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings in S.T.No. 4/2021 of
   the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Koyilandy pending final
   disposal of the above Criminal Revision Petition.
        This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application,
   and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.P.SUDHEER & J.RAMKUMAR Advocates
   for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the second respondent, the
   Court passed the following:

                                            ORDER

Admit.

Issue notice by speed post to the first respondent. The learned Public Prosecutor takes notice for the second respondent.

There shall be an interim stay of further proceedings in ST No.4/2021 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-II, Koyilandy for a period of one month.
