68. Power to compel attendance of witnesses.
- In holding any inquiry under this Act, the [Collector] [Substituted for the word 'Taluqdar' by the A.P.A.O. 1957.] or a person authorised shall have the powers vested in a Civil Court [under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.] [Substituted for the words 'under chapters 8, 10 to 13, 17, 19, 25, 29 of the Hyderabad Code of Civil Procedure' by the A.P.A.O. 1957.](Central Act 5 of 1908.)
