Section 38(1) in Unique Identification Authority of India (Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2020
(1)Save as provided in sub-regulation (3) no employee shall, except with the prior approval of the Competent AuthorityCompetent Authority, give evidence in connection with any enquiry conducted by any person, committee or authority.
