41.
Every polling shall be by secret ballot paper and every officer, employee or any person who has been appointed for conducting the polls or counting of ballot papers, shall not give any such information to any such person or persons who are not authorized to receive it lawfully or shall not act in such manner which may affect the confidentiality of the polling.
