Section 28(1) in The Delhi Technological University Act, 2009
(1)There shall be a Finance Committee constituted by the Board of Management consisting of the following :-(a)The Vice-Chancellor-Chairman;(b)The Principal Secretary or Secretary (Finance) to Government ex-officio;(c)The Principal Secretary or Secretary (Technical Education) to Government ex-officio;(d)Two other members nominated by the Board of Management from amongst its members, of whom at least one should not be an employee of the University;(e)The Registrar of the University;(f)Controller of Finance will be the member Secretary;(g)Such other members as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
