22. Bar of jurisdiction of civil Courts
.No action or proceedings taken under section 5 and sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 7 of this Act by the Central Government or any officer authorised by it in this behalf shall be called in question in any civil Court in any suit or application or by way of appeal or revision, and no injunction shall be granted by any civil Court or other authority in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power conferred under those provisions.
