ORDER
Information Sought:
The appellant filed an RTI application on 16.07.2018, seeking information on five points, including, inter-alia;
"िनितन कु मार यादव पु राजपाल यादव जो रे लवे सुर ा िवशेष बल क छठी बटािलयन दया ब ती द ली म अटैच है । जो रे लवे सुर ा िवशेष बल म का सटेवल है । इससे स बि धत सूचना देने क कृ पा कर।
1. इसका वेतनमान कतना है बेिसक वेतनमान व भ े सिहत बताये ओर आय के अ य ोत कोन से है ?
2. िनितन कु मार 6 बटािलयन म अटैच का कारण या है इसक 6 बटािलयन अटैच होने के िलये दये गये ाथना प क छाया ित दी जाये कतने का सटवल 7 BN/RPSF से 6 BN/RPSF म अटैच ये थे?
3. इस पर 6 बटािलयन म अटैच रहते ये कतने मुकदमे यायालय म िवचाराधीन ह और कतने िमनल गैर जमानती अपराध के के स है ।Page 2 of 5

4. इनके िखलाफ िशकायत सं या 2017/ SEC(ABE)/COMP/3/9 दनांक 28/09/17 पूरा िववरण दया जाये /जांच अिधकारी का नाम व कस अिधकारी ने कस आधार पर कायवाही ख म करने के आदेश दये ओर पूरा िववरण दया जाये?
5. जन सूचना अिधकारी का नाम बताये ?"
The CPIO, vide letter dated Nil, transferred the RTI application to the concerned department under section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005. Being dissatisfied, appellant filed first appeal dated 27.08.2018. FAA's order, if any, is not available on record.
Grounds for Second Appeal:
The appellant filed second appeal u/s 19 of the RTI Act on the ground of non- receipt of information from the respondent. He requested the Commission to direct the CPIO to provide the information sought for.
Submissions made by Appellant and Respondent during Hearing:
The appellant submitted that he has, since, received the information sought by him in another RTI application, hence he does not want to pursue the matter further. He, therefore, requested the Commission to drop the proceedings in respect of his second appeal.
The written submissions dated 08.09.2020, filed by Sr. DMM, New Delhi, were taken on record.
Decision:
The second appeal is hereby dismissed as 'Withdrawn'.
With the above observations, the appeal is disposed of.Page 3 of 5
