56. Power to make Model Bye-laws and Regulations.
(1)The State Government shall publish model bye-laws for Water Users' Association including mode! regulations for guidance and adoption by the Water Users' Association.(2)The Water Users' Association shall adopt the model bye-laws and regulations with necessary modifications as it deems appropriate subject to the provisions of the Act and not contrary to the essential nature and purpose of the model bye-laws and regulations.
