Mr. Vinayak Joshi, counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to the order dated 31.7.2018 in SBCWP No. 16206/2018, whereby petitioner's order of suspension dated 5.7.2018 was stayed, he has been allowed to join on his post vide order dated 25.10.2018 subject to the outcome of the writ petition. And hence this contempt petition has been rendered infructuous. A copy of the order dated 25.10.2018 alongwith the (2 of 2) [CCP-2033/2018] petitioner's joining recorded thereon has been passed over to the Court by Mr. Vinayak Joshi, counsel for the respondents during the course of hearing of the petition, and is taken on record.

Counsel for the petitioner does not deny the factum of petitioner's rejoining on his post subject to the outcome of writ petition vide order dated 25.10.2018.

In view of above, this contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous. Notices stand discharged.
