Section 29(3) in The Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules, 2006
(3)If, within the period referred to in sub-rule (2) the person on whom a notice is served under sub-rule (1) neither pays the sum stated in the notice nor makes representation to the Commission under sub-rule (2), the Commission may request the Collector within whose jurisdiction its office is situated to take such action as may be necessary for recovering the sum as arrears of land revenue.
