JUDGMENT
H.L.Dattu, C.J.
Aggrieved by the interim order passed the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.37528 of 2007 dated 11th April, 2008, the petitioner in the writ petition has preferred this writ appeal.
2. This Court by its orders dated 30th May, 2008, while admitting the writ appeal, has modified the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge. Further, this Court had observed that if the parties are interested they may make a request before the learned Single Judge for an out of turn hearing of the writ petition.
3. In our view, the interim order passed by this Court on 30th May, 2008 itself is the final order in the writ appeal.
4. Therefore, while affirming the said order, we dispose of the writ appeal.
Ordered accordingly.
