Section 17(2) in Biju Patnaik University of Technology Act, 2002
(2)The term of office of the members of the Board, other than the ex-officio members, shall be three years from the date of their nomination or election, as the case may be, and they shall not be eligible for re nominotion o re-election for the next consecutive term.
