24. Publication of declaration for acquisition [Section 19].
- Upon receipt of a report of the Collector, as provided under sub-section (2) of section 15 and after examination and taking a decision on the objections, a declaration for acquisition of the land under sub-section (1) of section 19 alongwith the summary of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme, shall be published by the Government in Form-X.
