Mr. Hakani, learned counsel for respondent no.1, states that the petitioner has already filed dispute under Section 91 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 before the Co-operative Court impugning the Certificate dated 5th February, 2003 under Section 100 of the MCS Act which is subject matter of prayer clause (a) of the Writ Petition. He seeks time to file affidavit-in-reply and to place the same on record.

2 Affidavit-in-reply to be filed within two weeks from today with a copy to be served upon the petitioner's advocate.
