Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents on instructions has submitted that as contended by the petitioner, the subject property is a Gramakantam land and the 3rd respondent is not interfering and not dispossessing the petitioner from the subject property.
Considering the submissions, there shall be a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 4 not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law.
Learned Standing Counsel for 5th respondent is directed to get written instructions in the matter.
