(3)At the time of granting permission, the Collector shall depute two Officers not below the rank of 'Naib Tahasildar' and 'Police Sub Inspector' to attend for the entire duration of the race event at the date, time and venue provided in the Application and permission. In the event, the officers find that there is any violation of the Act, the Rules or of the permission granted, the officers shall be authorized to stop a particular race, or the entire event. The officers shall submit a report regarding the race event to the Collector within 72 hours of the completion of event.
