Section 4(1) in Nagaland Rural Bank (Employees') Pension Regulations, 2018
(1)The Bank shall constitute a Fund to be called the " Nagaland Rural Bank (Employees') Pension Fund" under an irrevocable trust within one hundred twenty days from the notified date.
