Section 124(1) in The Delhi Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2002
(1)The employer shall ensure at a construction site of a building or other construction work that all workplaces where excavation or tunnelling works are carried out shall be adequately illuminated in accordance with the relevant national standards.
