Section 16(1) in U.P. Inspectors of Drugs Service Rules, 1980
(1)Recruitment by promotion shall be made on the basis of seniority subject to the rejection of unfit through a Selection Committee comprising :(i)Secretary to Government, Medical and Health Department;(ii)Director;(iii)Drug Controller, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.
