15. Maintaining schedule of establishment.
(1)The Board shall prepare and maintain a schedule of establishment showing the number, designation and grades of the officers and employees (other than the employees who are paid by day or whose pay is charged to temporary works), whom it considers necessary and proper to employ for the purposes of this Act, and also the amount and the nature of the salary, fees and allowances to be paid to each officer or employee and contributions payable under Section 13 in respect of each officer and employee.(2)The schedule referred to in sub-section (1) shall be revised every year before the first of May of that year and shall contain the particulars mentioned in aforesaid sub-section of the officers and employees of the Board employed on the 31st March immediately preceding.
