Section 1 in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Payment of Fees) Regulations, 2012
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These regulations may be called the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Payment of Fees) Regulations, 2012.(2)These regulations shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 2012.
