FACTS :
By his RTI application dated 4.5.2009, the appellant had requested for copies of 14 sets of documents relating to the issuance of charge sheet on him culminating in the imposition of penalty. It appears that the requisite information was not supplied to him to his satisfaction due to which he has filed the present complaint dated 11.5.2009 before this Commission.
2. The matter is called for hearing today dated 24.12.2009. Appellant not present. The CPWD represented by the officers named above. It is the submission of Shri Ram Dayal, SE that the requisite information has been provided to the applicant vide their letter dated 20.5.2009 and he produces a copy thereof before the Commission.
DECISION
3. As the requisite information has already been supplied to the appellant, the complaint has become infructuous and is dismissed.
