Section 2(g) in Bihar Employees' State Insurance Medical Service Rules, 1981
(g)"Departmental Promotion Committee" means the Departmental Promotion Committee constituted in accordance with the provisions contained in Resolution no 22576, dated the 27th November 1976 issued by the Department of Personnel and Administration Reforms, as may be amended or modified from time to time.
