Section 54(2) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020
(2)The control and management of the Colleges, Polytechnics and Institutions specified in sub-section (1) shall, as from the date notified by the Government, stand transferred to the University and all the sanctioned posts along with budget, properties, assets, liabilities and obligations of Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University and Government in relation thereto shall stand transferredto,vestin,ordevolveupon,theUniversity.
