Section 46(12)(ii) in The Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006

(ii)on the basis of such Bill of Entry assessed by the Authorized Officer, goods shall be allowed to be cleared to receiving Export Oriented Unit or Electronic Hardware Technology Park Unit or Software Technology Park Unit or Bio-technology Park Unit or to a Unit in another Special Economic Zone;
