Section 1 in The Arunachal Pradesh Control of Organised Crime Act, 2002
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Arunachal Pradesh Control of Organised Crime Act, 2002.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Arunachal Pradesh.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on 3rd April, 2002.
