(3)The areas or limit of neighborhood specified in rule 4 (1) shall apply to admission made in pursuance of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 12:Provided that the school may, for the purposes of filling up the requisite percentage of seats for children referred to in clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 12 admit the children from the extended limit of neighborhood as defined under clause (h) of sub-rule (1) of rule 2.
