Section 47(1) in Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions (Recognition, Grant-In-Aid and Service Conditions Etc.) Rules, 1993
(1)Non-Teaching Staff - Members of the non-teaching staff whether temporary or permanent, shall be entitled to privilege leave of 30 days in a calendar year. Fifteen days privilege leave shall be credited to the leave account of the employee on 1st January and the remaining fifteen days on 1st of July, each year subject to the total accumulation upto a maximum of [300] [Substituted by Notification No. F. 11(35) Educational 5/82, dated 03.08.1999.] days.
