1. In view of the orders of the Supreme Court in Rohini Residential Scheme matters (in SLP (C) No. 16385-16388 of 2012 titled Rahul Gupta v. Delhi Development Authority & Ors.), the applications are disposed of. W.P.(C) 8097/2014
2. Learned counsel for the Respondents states a chart will be prepared giving the basic details of the dates of the notifications under Sections 4 and 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 ('LAA'), the date of the Award, the status as to payment of compensation and taking of possession and the dates of filing of the petitions seeking relief qua the acquisition proceedings. The chart will be prepared within a period of four weeks with advance copies supplied to the learned counsel for the Petitioners.
