Section 4(24) in The Rules for Payment of Grant-in-Aid to Non-Government Allopathic Institutions & Red Cross Societies, 1970
(24)The staff employed for the Institution receiving grant shall not held any other such salaries or Honorary job which may interfere with the efficient and regular discharge of his duties and responsibilities.
