10. Officer and Staff Development Authority.
- The Development Authority shall have the following officers:-(a)[Chief Executive Officer;] [Substituted 'an Executive Officer' by West Bengal Act No. 10 of 2010, dated 27.5.2010.](b)Executive Engineers and Architects;(c)Finance Officers;(d)a Secretary;(e)Accountants;(f)such other officers and staff as may be designated by the State Government in this behalf;Provided that the State Government may increase or reduce the number of posts of officers as aforesaid.
