Section 21(1) in Punjab State Veterinary Council Rules, 1997
(1)The Returning Officer shall intimate the names of elected candidate to the State Government immediately for enabling it to fulfil its statutory obligation of publishing their names in the Official Gazette of Punjab under sub-section (2) of Section 32.
