Section 2 in Rajasthan Control of Goondas Rules, 1975
2. Definition
- In these rules -(a)"the Act" means the Rajasthan Control of Goondas Act, 1975 and reference to sections shall be construed as references sections of the Act.(b)"Schedule" means the Schedule to these rules, and reference to forms shall be construed as references to Forms set out in the Schedule.
