1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. During the pendency of the present petition, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre attached to this Court. As per the mediation report, mediation between the parties has failed.

3. The petitioner-wife is seeking transfer of a divorce case filed by the respondent-husband bearing Case No. 770 of 2023, titled as ‘Sanjeev Shah Vs. Smt. Neetu Shah & Anr.’ pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family court. District- Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dwarka Court South West Delhi.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has a 5 year old son to look after and one DV Petition filed by the Signature Not Verifiedpetitioner-wife is also pending at Dwarka, Delhi, it would Digitally signed by GEETA AHUJA Date: 2026.04.11 10:33:24 IST Reason: be expedient for the ends of justice to transfer the subject-case as asked for by the petitioner-wife. 1 TP (CIVIL) NO.2674 OF 2024

5. Records shall be sent by the Court where proceedings are pending to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay.

6. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned court for compliance.

7. The Transfer Petition stands allowed accordingly.

8. If video conferencing facility is available with the transferee Court, the benefit of the same shall be made available to the parties. They need not appear physically on every date unless their physical presence is absolutely necessary.

9. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
