Section 14 in Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union Territories (Connectivity and Open Access in Intra-State Transmission and Distribution) Regulations, 2017
14. The Applicant shall sign an agreement for Long-term Open Access with the concerned Licensees in accordance with the provisions in the Detailed Procedure as under:
(a)with the STU in case Long-term Open Access is granted only on the Transmission System of STU(b)with the STU and all those Licensees on whose Transmission / Distribution System Long-term Open Access has been granted. Such agreement may be among three (3) or more parties.
