Section 6 in The Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2003
6. Amendment of section 6.-
In section 6 of the principal Act, in sub- section 1, for the words" who is not a citizen of a country specified in the First Schedule", the words" not being an illegal migrant" shall be substituted.
